If I did not know better I would have to guess that to be Bob-O's scrawny leg but he's still here! Hope the victim is doing better today and does not take offense at having been compared to Bob. My guess would be Tom Childrey--though I am puzzeled since he had on long pants in the work site photos. Let me know if I am the winner and where to claim my prize. You all have a great day. Susan Kimball
Maybe Dr. Rusher's handiwork will catch on and all Dream Team members will get "Dios Te Ama" stitched on their legs! I wouldn't put it past some team members to do just that. I hope all are well, healthy, safe and enjoying every minute of your time in Honduras. You are all a blessing and will be blessed 70 times 7. Thanks for representing FBC with willing servant hearts and wonderful spirits.
In Cristo, Jennifer Huggins ("J-Lo" - Dream Team 1)
No Flippin Way! Tomas takes a hit! I would have never imagined a 5 year vet would be a casualty. I hope he declined the local anesthetic and took his stitches like a good ol Johnston County boy should.
So glad to read about your time in Honduras! Pictures look so much like my trip there in 2006 with Millbrook Baptist.....maybe one of these days I'll be able to join you. Have a great time and keep on doing good work! Pam Forsythe
The Rushers are proud to see that Dr. Juan is practicing his favorite medical skill on Tomas's leg...:-)
At least two of you will be happy to hear that the demon deacons just beat the blue devils by 2 at the buzzer (70-68)(although WFU had been up by 6-10 the whole game). A good night to be a Deacon!
Ya'll take good care. Everyone sent prayers and good thoughts at church tonight; certainly the good wishes and prayers of an entire congregation are with you.
I'm guessing Satterfield. Those Georgia Bulldogs are always dropping the ball -- or block.
ReplyDeleteI hope you didn't eat all the Chicken and Rice in Choluteca, it looked like Tom was on his third helping.
Team 2 is too paralyzed with anticipation to type, but Prayers are being sent constantly.
Keep the pics and updates coming. I'm worthless at work anyway so it gives me something to do.
Tu Hermano in Cristo, Carlitos
PS - Please send pics of potential soccer fields ;-)

ReplyDeleteI bet that reminds Bob-O of a story about the last time he was in Johnston County....

I think someone sent a bunch of Bobo leg masks along with the face masks!
ReplyDeleteNada Manana
Just rub some dirt on it and get back in the game. Dios Te Ama. Wiley
ReplyDeleteI bet that reminds BobO of a story when he got dirt on his favorite boots on his second trip to Honduras...
